Overtime Snacks

As an employee of the office, you would often snack foods that are unhealthy, especially when overtime. At night, homemade food is not generally available around the office. Finally you have to take potluck, whose fruits are just around the dumplings, instant noodles, fried rice, and others. What are the consequences if we continue to eat like that? In fact when you realize there is something wrong with the food choices, meaning that these foods are not consumed too frequently. And, if you already know that the food is not healthy, stop just outside the customs night snack.

Which can create problems is when you eat unhealthy food that contains a lot of preservatives, dyes, or even almost stale. This can create problems in the digestive tract. Preservatives and additional color are not required by the body because this food is only metabolized in the liver, then poured into the blood, and then to the kidneys, newly issued again, or directly disposed of as feces.

So the existence of these substances would only burden the organs in the body. Are these foods may trigger bowel cancer; there has been no definitive investigation. But in theory if one organ (e.g. intestine) is often stimulated by substances that are not useful (e.g. preservatives), intestines will react. Could be in the form of light such as diarrhea, abdominal cramps can be, and the heaviest colitis. Inflammatory bowel disease is rapid if not known, the potential to cause colon cancer.

Thus, the direct relationship has not been 100 percent for publication. From the logic is understandable, that if the organ we are forced to do the things that are not necessary (e.g. absorbing dyes), these organs will not react well to the body. At best, if you have to work till the evening, please bring food from home, or at least of fruits such as banana or mango. You can also eat menu for breakfast, like oatmeal, wheat bread, cereals, or crackers. Add low-fat milk as a supplement.
